Suffering Severe Withdrawal Symptoms From Oxycontin, Had Hip Replacement Surgery. Solution ?

hi - I have a friend who is suffering severe withdrawl from oxycontin. had both hips replaced in february of this year. he is crashing quite heavily, and can't reach his doctor. refuses to go to hospital. is there anything he can take over the counter - just to help him through this until he can see his doctor on monday?

One can only suppress the withdrawal symptoms of opioid pain killing agent by giving again it in low dose in several divided dose until the withdrawal symptoms goes away one can not stop it abruptly, please discuss the matter with your treating physician. Have good day
