Sugar Levels Slightly Higher Than Normal Levels. What To Do For Full Control Of Sugar?

i have sugar from 8 years my sugar levels are slightly higher than normal levels during fasting.i used to take gluconorm SR 500 mg twice a day before taking food.regularly i do exercises and walking for 45 minutes.what to do for full controle of sugar

Hi,
Regular exercise for 30-45 minutes is good to control diabetes.
Avoid sedentary life.
Observe strict diabetic diet regimen.
Continue with anti diabetic medicine.
Reduce weight if you are obese.
Ok and take care.
