Suggest A Diet Plan While Having Pernicious Anemia?

I m currently having to do monthly B-12 injects. The B-12 level has dipped lower in between injections. I have been told this has to do with intrinsic factor (pernicious Anemia). I eat a healthy diet, including red meat occasionally. I m almost 50yrs old, I way 107lbs. Can you please advise me on what I can do differently? I have a low energy drive and it s not to my benefit at this age. I can t seem to get any information to help me with this condition. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Crystal
