Hi welcome to Health care magic..

You were using hydroxylazine drug ....
It is sedative drug and it is antihistaminic drug that you are taking since 25 year....

You can consult good psychologist for your counselling and behavioural therapy...
The drug if needed zolpidem will be good one...
If anxiety associated then anxiolytic drug like alprazolam needed .....

Regular exercise can make fatigue and help in sleep.
Avoid heavy meal before sleep....
If hungry before sleep you can Take light snacks....

Before sleep Tea , coffe , alcohol avoided...
Keep your bed room clean and dark ....

Go to sleep at fix time before 12 at night...
Late night party avoided...

Hope your concern solved...

Take care.
