Suggest Balanced Diet Plan While Having High Cholesterol And Thyroid

What do you call a healthy or a balance diet?

Age: 31

Male

Weight: 99.8 Kg

BMI: 31.2

Height: 7'8"

Recently had a blood test and doctor found High Cholestrol and Thyroid. Doctor suggested another test for thyroid to compare the two reports and be sure about it. Haven't done the test again yet.

Just do test inec to rule out query. You seem to be little overweight that can also be reason for cholesterol. Reduce weight. Have low fat low carbohydrates and low sodium diet more of fibre complex carbohydrates more vitamins and minerals. Include sprouts for breakfast. Include salads twice a day have fruit in morning don't take juices can take methidana it helps to reduce cholesterol it is called fenugreek seeds. Take channa murmura for munching. Have skim milk . take curds and buttermilk of skim milk . small and frequent meals. Don't add cheese butter in your meals. Avoid table salt. Do not take fried foods. Do not take bakery products. Walk daily 40-45 mins. Have lot of water.consult dietician with your diet routine
