Suggest Better Treatment For Anal Fissure

I have been suffering from anal fissure since past 3 months. My doctor suggested Diligesic ointment and Loose syrup. However, there is no improvement and I am in terrible pain as I cannot sit for long neither stand. I am a software professional and most of the time I am seated in front of my system. Please advice to get rid of this painful issue.

Thank for asking
Your concern being appreciated, anal fissure can be managed medically but that may not cure the disease it can only relieve the pain for sure, following medicines can be tried,
1) Stool softener (Isabgol powder) two tea spoonful at bed time
2) Local anesthetic agent (Lignocaine )
3) Anti-biotic (Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid 625) twice in day
4) Polycresuline ointment
sit bath is also essential, and most important is to relieve the constipation, you can try these given or suggested medicines and treatment, if these are not helpful then the best is surgery which cures the disease for sure.
hope this information helps.
