Suggest Cause For Back Pain, Blood In Urine In Paitnets With Myasthenia

I am having sudden acute lower back pain, and blood in the urine... also, for the last 2 months, I have been retaining a lot of fluid. I ve gained 50 lbs in the last 8 months, back pain started 2 weeks ago, worsens daily, and I ve had no injury. I currently have Myasthenia and have been on Imuran for 8 years,

dear friend you should go for sonography of abdomen and urine routine test also for evaluation of the cause. hematuria that is blood in urine and pain that radiate back to urethra/pubic area can also be due to ureteric stone.but you should also ruleout for imflammation in urinary bladder or any other condition because you are on imuran for long time.
about your back pain it seems mostly mucular type. physiotherapy and exercise will help you a lot in this.
-exercise for low back pain- raise your leg sraight from hip joint without bending from knee after sleeping on back and then put down slowly. same exercise for another leg and then raise both leg simultaneously. sleep on abdomen and raise your head and chest backward. do all these exercise 40-50 times per day by increasing slowly everyday.
