Suggest Cause For Tiredness

For 3 days now i have stayed very tired all i wanna do is sleep. On top of that i have had diarrhea very badly and vomiting also. When all this first started it seemed as if it all started when i couldn't hardly move my neck, shortly after that things got worse. At times my stomach seems as if you are stabbing it. What could be causing this?
