Suggest Chance Of Pregnancy With High FSH Levels

Hi,I have had no period for four months, a lump in the left side of my neck which sometimes hurts.Suffered hot flashes one month ago, and felt generally tired and unwell for a few weeks while the hot flashes were happening.I consulted my GP and had blood tests, which revealed my FSH to be high (it said 57 on my results chart) She said i may be suffering early menopause, and it would be unlikely that i would be able to conceive. What are the chances of conceiving with these symptoms and statistics? I have further tests coming up.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Increased FSH levels with absence of periods is indicative of premature ovarian failure, in which the ovaries stop functioning before the stipulated time. Moreover, hot flushes also indicate estrogen depletion in body and hence poor ovarian functioning.
It is not possible to conceive naturally if the diagnosis of premature ovarian failure is confirmed.
Conception is possible by in vitro fertilization using donor ovum.
