Suggest Course Of Action For Hurting Ribs After A Fall

Hi, I have this problem.. 2 weeks ago I got beat up by 5 guys. I broke one of my ribs and I had few more injures but now few days ago I played football and we had benches for goal posts and one guy ran in to me so I fell on bench pretty hard. And now I have this really really hurting feeling under my ribs ( left side ), its like something is moving if I breathe. What should I do?
