I am thinking carpal tunnel, but I have an odd symptom - at least to me. When I grasp something or perform a task, I sometimes get a mega tingling in my left hand, (I'm left handed) that feels like a very strong electric current going through. In addition, I have the usual poor grasp, and numbness in my fingers/thumb at times. I did the 60 degree "wrist bend test" with no effect. I have arthritis in my hands which could attribute to poor grasp. I can't make a fist. The electric current thing is very bothersome.
