About 6 months ago, my MRI reports suggested that I had cervical spondylosis with disco-osteophytic changes at C3-4, C4-5, C5-6 and C6-7 levels, along with canal stenosis and cord compression. All other body parameters, including heart, B.P., etc were found to be normal. The pain that I had been experiencing in my arms and back started to subside after conservative treatment of physiotherapy. However, lately I have been experiencing a tingling/burning sensation in my left arm (not in the fingers), and a similar sensation of numbness in the big toe of my left foot.In spite of partaking in regular exercise and taking requisite precautions (not lifting heavy weights, sleeping on a smaller sized pillow etc.), the condition seems to be deteriorating. Please advise a further course of action for a permanent cure.
