Suggest Cure For Chronic Constipation

Dear Sirs, I am a 35 years old male.

It all started at the age of 15 when I had jaundice. Two main symptoms appeared almost at the same time after that, I am not sure if they are inter related:

1- The sides of thighs with genitals itches and feel like sweating with a verybad smell and are cold. Symptom appears in winter time with cold weather. In summer time it almost disappear.

2-Chronic Constipation. I feel quite weak. Unable to digest food properly. feel bloated. Lack of vigor. I also face diarrhea alternating with constipation.

In addition I have swollen tonsils caused by chronic inflamation when I was achild. Tonsil stones appears so often.

I also noticed that I didn't develop much muscles when I was young, and I suffer from spasms all the time.

I've been suffering from these symptoms for the past 20 years. I've been through endoscopic examination of the colon 3 times, but nothing abnormal was observed (only melanose due probably to the use of laxatives).

Tried too many kind of drugs also without success

I highly appreciate your support regarding my case because things now are getting worse and I really don't know what I should do.

Best regards

Thank you for consulting in HealthCareMagic. I have gone through the details carefully. You have asked several things and I would try to answer one by one.
1. The conditions are probably unrelated to your jaundice at age of 15 years.
2. The itchiness over your groin is probably due to a fungal infection. Apply candid (clotrimazole) powder over the area and you should get relief.
3. About chronic constipation alternating with diarrhoea, you need to:
a) Remove wheat based products altogether from diet. You could be having gluten enteropathy. Switch to a rice based diet instead.
b) Avoid milk based products except for curd/yogurt
c) Take fibre rich food including green leafy vegetables
d) Take isabgol husk 2 teaspoonful regularly at dinner irrespective of your stool consistency.
4. Gurgle with lukewarm water and that will soothe your tonsils. You may add disprin dispersible tablet if you feel required.
5. The spasms could be due to electrolyte imbalance caused due to inproper absorption from your bowels. Take juicy fruits including citrus fruits.
6. Stay relaxed and lead a health life.

Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. Wish your kid good health.
