I am having many symptoms and keep getting different diagnosis from different Dr.s. I keep sever headaches on a daily basis, also suffer from migraines. I have hypoglycemia, low potassium, hypothyroidism have also been diagnosed with possible TIA have had multiple ekgs all which have shown prolonged T waves. Have also been told that I have A-fib. I keep chills and stay cold all the time. My nose fingertips and feet stay cold.I also have balance problems have fallen many times in the past few months, having to be treated at medical center. I also suffer from siezures which they have not been able to find out why. Is there any one diagnosis that you can possible think of that I can mention to my dr. just to see if they will look into it further. Thank you

Hello!
Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Considering all your symptoms, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to adrenal gland dysfunction coupled with thyroid dysfunction.
The TIA are related to atrial fibrillation. That is why it is necessary taking anticoagulation therapy, as you are at high risk for stroke, considering the repeated TIA.
From the other hand it is necessary checking your thyroid hormone levels and also cortisol and aldosterone plasma levels to examine your adrenal gland function. It is necessary to regulate these hormone balances in order to have relief of your symptoms.
The seizures could be related to thyroid dysfunction and hypoglicemia. It is necessary checking your insulin levels for insulinoma.
A possible diagnosis which is associated to multiple gland dysfunction is Pituitary gland dysfunction. I recommend performing a brain MRI for this reason.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Take care,
Dr. Aida
