Suggest Diet And Exercise Fat From Sides

Hi,I am 22 years old and my weight is 68 kg. I have side tyres and the fat on tummy is not so much. I need to totally get rid of my side fat. Please recommend me the exercises and diet which i can follow to get a slim muscled body. I am also going to gym for last 1 month but not getting the desired result and some red colour marks have also started appearing on my tummy, what is that.Thank You.

Fat is lost only by good diet and exercise. Go for cardio for 45min 6times a week i.e..running, walking, swimming, etc.do strength training 5 times a week. Have oats, egg whit omlette, brown bread sandwich, ragi java, 2 idli, broke wheat upma for breakfast. For lunch have 2 chapati or 1cup brown rice with boiled veggies and big bowl of raw salad .have green tea evening, 1 cup of sprouts. Have soup and salad for dinner. With this diet plan you can lose 2 to 3 kgs per month.
