Suggest Diet For Anal Fissure

Hi, I have an anal fissure that has been inflamed for one week. I have been using Analpram and HC suppositories and night. I find if I recline and don't move much the pain lessens - especially after sleeping. I am drinking clear fluids. Today I had some Jello. What foods do you suggest I start on? I am not feeling 'hunger' but do not want to eat anything that will cause more inflammation. I appreciate any advice you can offer. I am unemployed and no longer have health insurance.

Anal fissures can't be treated with medicine alone. However temporary relief may be sought.

Either surgical dilatation of anus to freshen the tear or Ksharsootra Chikitsa of Ayurveda can be trusted. Better latter.

You may seek further info by direct question.
