Hello

Dear gastritis patients may take soft diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Avoid sour and spicy food. Avoid alcohol and painkiller tablets, avoid caffeinated drinks. Use yoghurt and butter milk. Avoid non vegetarian food with heavy spies and salt.

Eat in right time , sleep at least eight hours. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.

Take care
