hi..i am training to become a nursing assistant.i have an assignment where i am required to prepare meals for a patient who has hypertension they should be given three meals a day for seven days but i dont know where to start as i dont know what meals i should give to this patient.Can you assist me?

Hi,

Hypertensive patients must have very limited salt intake and they must avoid oily & fried foods because salt retains water and it will lead to further increase in blood pressure and oily & junk foods will cause weight gain and cardiac problems in them.
