Hi Glashan, You are complaining of multiple symptoms and all of them appear to be related mostly to neural symptoms. It appears to be multivitamin deficiency, particularly vitamin B12. Along with it essential minerals might also be deficient.
You need to take multivitamins like becosules and additionally calcium plus Vitamin d supplements If you can take eggs, green leafy vegetables, fish, cod liver oil etc, these should help you in improving your status.
