hi my father get suffered with typhoid , he is 55 yrs old having sugar problem and blood pressure problem also. though he is taking typhoid treatment but getting weak day by day.
Kindly suggest what should be his diet so that he can feel some healthy..

Give him more nutritious and healthy food sprouts, channa murmura, salads daily milk twice a day without Sugar. Curds or buttermilk daily. Avoid juices and give fruits like apple, orange , sweetlime, guvava no sweets no khoa product. Give him channa. Can give egg white. More of dal and soup. Include lots of veggies. No simple carbohydrates. Include more complex carbohydrates. Small and frequent meals lotsnof water.
