Suggest Doesage Of Moxikind CV For Sore Throat Treatment

my daughter of 8 years is sufferring from a very bad infected throat. No doctor is available today as it is a Sunday. The doctor had last prescribed Moxikind CV kid tabs for my kid a year back for the same problem. Till I see a doc tomorrow, I want to start the same treatment . My question is what would be the dosage to be administered to her now. Thanks.
