Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It means there is a possibility of pregnancy, and it is to be confirmed whether it a pregnancy, or due to some other reason like anemia.
After the delay you started to take the primolute N,but i doubt what might be the reason. If you continue also if it is not pregnancy, false pregnancy may continue.
Now have the urine pregnancy test, and if possible consult a gynecologist .
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
