Brief: duration of treatment depends on current symptoms.
Details: the drug treatment for alcohol withdrawal is usually given for 7-10 days. In exceptional cases where withdrawal symptoms are present consistently, the drugs are given for longer periods. The only drug required for treatment is librium. The remaining drugs which you have listed are just incrrasing the cost of treatment and are not essential. You should talk to the treating doctor and discuss this.
Hope this helps. Thanks.
