Suggest Dosage Interval For Acomprol

Dear Doctor, My brother is prescribed for Acomprol - 3 times a day, Evion LC - 1 a day, Liveril Forter - 2 a day, Pantakind 2 a day, Nanokind 1 a day, Librium 10mg - 3 a day and Anxozap - 1 a day, He have been having liquor continiously for the last 1 year, Now he has stopped in the last 1 week with these medicines. How long he has to take these medicines to be completely alright.

Details: the drug treatment for alcohol withdrawal is usually given for 7-10 days. In exceptional cases where withdrawal symptoms are present consistently, the drugs are given for longer periods.
The only drug required for treatment is librium. The remaining drugs which you have listed are just incrrasing the cost of treatment and are not essential.
You should talk to the treating doctor and discuss this.
