Suggest Dosage Of Biotin Tablet
Hi, I am Madhan 30 years male from India..I want to take Biotin tablets to maintain my Hair health..I had history of Aplastic anemia 3 years back,,But i am fully recovered for 3 years now.My hemoglobin levels are stable at 14 since 3 years after i have recovered well..In India 500 mcg capsules of Biotin..Please advise me what is the dosage of Biotin which i shall take per day..
