Suggest Exercise For Treating High Prolactin Levels

Hello Doctor,

Name - Vikash Kumar (Male) 26 yrs.



I have got very high prolactine leve - >470 . Can i add some exercise to get rid ?

Having severe headache at left side of head for 2 years.

Using cabergoline tab from past 2 weeks.

I have gone thru your query regarding your high prolactin level and severe headache . It is a matter of concern .
Dear ,normal prolactin level should not be higher than 200
. The higher the prolactin level, the more likely a pituitary gland tumor is present and CAN BE CAUSE OF YOUR SEVERE HEADACHE for which you should consult you doctor for MRI or any test required .
Many conditions can affect prolactin levels .
