Dear, you need not get confused . Firstly your wt. is very balanced as far as you ht . concernced .
As you are just 15 , you can afford to loose a few pounds if you wish .
For your abs management Warm up before you start lift . Do not static stretch. Warming up will increase blood flow to your
cold tight muscles prior to lifting. Engaging blood flow into your muscles prior to your workout will enhance performance and decrease risk of
injury while training.
You can do old time workouts - Sit ups and Push ups ,Jogging , Brisk Walk , and
Yoga - Pranayam Deep Breathing ,
meditation and intake of all essential nutrients and antioxidants in natural form and sufficient hyderation wil help you attain your goal and bestow you with perfect health .
Get plenty of sleep. The body needs recovery time for muscles to grow. Aim for at least 7 hours of sleep every night.
Avoid fried fast foods too much of sugar, tea, coffee ,alcohol ,
smoking ,
stress ,
constipation .
