Suggest Exercise To Reduce Space Between Knees For Fitness Test

how to increase gap between knees, as i am having an air force test in which if your knee touches each other when stand straight by joining both your feets then you are medically unfit, please tel me any solution for this any excercise , i have only 15 days left for my test .

I have gone thru your query regarding your problem of knock knee . It is a matter of concern .
This medical condition is very rare but few candidates may have knock knees, also, sometimes candidates misunderstands about knock knees problem and take tension unnecessarily.
With little knock knees you can start exercising and yoga to cure this problem. Though 15 days is very less time to rectify the fault but you can try few of the exercise and treatments for knock knees it may help you :

Take vitamin D from the sun and calcium supplements, vitamin C - lemon juice and Amla green veges are rich source if it .
Virasana, or hero pose, is effective in treating flat feet and knock knees.
Doing regular Sit ups help in treating this problem
Keep a block between thighs and try to move your legs as close as you can, hold it for 3 mins, keep repeating.
In a standing position, bring the legs 4 feet apart and stretch the arms out to the side.
Turn the right toes to the right and deeply bend the right knee.
Activate the arches and keep the right knee touching the wall. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat on the other side.
While sleeping keep a pillow in between your knees
All this will make a difference if done regularly for 2-3 months or more
Go for yor test .Think positive .Do positive . God helps those ,who help themselves .
