Suggest If This Weight Schedule Advisable For A Working Woman

Hello doctor,

I m 45 yrs old working lady weighing 79 kgs. Though I hv joined gym 4 months back due to work schedule i had missed my gym session many times. Right now I walk for 15 mint on treadmill at the speed of 6, 15mint peddling, 10 body shaper, 5-7 mint twister,5 min muscle tonning, 30 sit ups of ab n 15 min of floor exercise. In my diet I take oats in the mng, for lunch sabji , one fruit n buttermilk, post gym protein juicen night sabji, dal, 1 chapati, buttermilk. Is my diet plan is right? I start my day with warm lime water.

depends on portion size and goals. Total calories used without exercise is weight in POUNDS x 10... 140 POUNDS = 1400 calorie. With that much exercise it is at least another 200 calorie per day. Wouldn't go more than 500 less than calories needed if trying to lose weight.
The pace of the treadmills is ideal. (about 4 mets 15 min a day is recommendation, yours is a bit more than that).
