Hello, I have only found one supplement to help with mitochondrial disease that seems to have everything in it needed to support the mitochondria. It is put out by Pure Encapsulations and is called Mitochondria-ATP. Patients swear by it and from the research I have done, only one paper addressed the nutritional needs in totality and this seems to have the best line-up of ingredients. I suggest you try this one and let me know how it worked for you.
Thank you for coming to HCM! Kathy Shattler, MS,RDN
