Suggest Medication For Diarrhea Causing Abdomen And Back Pain

Hi Doctor. I was rushed into hopsital 5 weeks ago with sever dehydration, vomiting and diarrheoa. I then had problems with heart puplitations, blood in urine etc etc. The Doctors thought it was gastrointeritis and releasesd me after 5 days. I'm still feeling ill and now have abdominal pains left side mainly, loose stools in morning and back ache (middle of back and rightside). I've had blood tests and everything has levelled out in last 2 weeks(white blood cells, inflammotary marker etc) but my albumin level is staying low or not rising like the rest of the blood count. I'm slightly worried about this. My Doctor still doesn't know and just wants me to have more blood tests. Can you help?

disease or other problems of gut flora .

* Needs definite in depth work up with further tests , and if required
colonoscopy also .
