General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* The primary thing to be done here is pain relief with the best analgesic as injection tramadol or diclofenac.

* Secondary aim must be hematoma management with incision and drainage under anaesthesia via an incision over the abdomen.

* Revision surgery can be planned later on once the hematoma is resolved and the vitals of the patient is stabilised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
