Suggest Medication For Pain In Arm And Low Grade Fever

My daughter fell in the shower 5 days ago. She has been complaining of her arm hurting, but we were told nothing was wrong. She is still complaining and has been running a low grade fever at least for four days. She is 12, 108 pounds, 5 2 , and has epilepsy. I am not sure what could be going on.

Pediatrician 's  Response
If there is no open external injury then there are very few chances that this fever is due to trauma.
This may b due to some seasonal viral illness or other infection. so consult with a local pediatrician.
