Suggest Medication For Sinus Headache And Draining

I have had a sinus headache on mainly the right side of my face for over a month now. I don t wake up with it, but by 9 or 10 it is there and includes my upper teeth, nose and cheek area. It throbs most of the time and is really interfering with my life. I have been on 2 rounds of antibiotics, steroids and nasal sprays and nothing has worked. I have popping and cracking sounds in my face also. I do not have any nasal congestion, fever or runny nose. Sometimes I can taste what I think is my sinus draining. I need help with this. thank you

first i would like to tell you that you should do CT scan of PNS.
After that, we will get some idea of your problem.
You take tablet ultracet if you feel severe headache or simply take tab. Dolo 650mg.
