Suggest Medication To Reduce Burning Urination On Penis Tip

I have complaint of burning urination specially in penis tip, since last few days. I am a male of 51 years and have not faced such a complaint before. I take Cozar tablet for mainting my mild hypertension. By profession I am a Professor of Environmental Engineering. Iam getting Ciproxin 500 1+1 since last 3 days but yet I feel burining sensation during urination.

- Wear loose , clean , cotton inner wears .
- Continue tab. cipro .
- Drink plenty of liquids , cranberry sachet once daily in glass of drinking
water .
- Intake of anti inflammatory drug as ibuprofen ( 400 ) mg 3 times a day
after meals , urinary alkalisers help by prescription of your doctor .
- Avoid intercourse at present .
