Suggest Medication To Treat Smelly Farts

I am suffering from smelly farts, especially during classes at night. I hate the feeling that I get. I feel very anxious. It is stressing me out. I've been having this for two years now. I am eating healthy food rich in fiber and protein--less meat... more vegetables and fruits...and I drink lots of water, too. But the problem still persists. What do I do? Can you prescribe an over the counter medicine for this?
