Hi, I am an 18 year old college student and I am 245 pounds! (I’ve been over weight forever) I actually lost 12 pounds within the last 2 weeks (started at 256)... my daily routine has been running for 20-30mins every other morning and eating a healthy breakfast (2 eggs no seasoning, and plain oatmeal, or an oat bar if I’m in a rush), lunch(turkey sandwich wheat bread 1/2 tbs of mayo or chicken salad), and dinner(salmon & potatoes, plum or strawberries). For snacks sadly I would eat a small bag of animal crackers 1 to 2 times a day, and I would aim to drink at least 4 bottles of water a day one with each meal and in the morning when I run. Ok, with that said I have been following this routine for 3 weeks as I said before I lost 12 pounds in the 1st two weeks but this week (week3) has been horrible I have not gone to the bathroom yet! (#2) and I haven’t lost a pound I actually gained 1!!! : / what can help me to continue to lose the weight and help go to the bathroom?
