Suggest Remedies For Excess Gas,diarrhea And Constipation

Hi, I have been having a lot of difficultly with digestion lately. I ve had a lot of gas, diarrhea (and constipation) as well as bloating. I found that lactose pills aided someone in lessening the constant misery and aches I ve had after each meal, but despite cutting out diary, I still am troubled with this coupled with weight gain and insomnia. I just want to know what s wrong.
