Suggest Remedies For High Fever And Cough In Child
My 3 year old has had a fever of 103+ for 4 days. At one point her temp was 104.7 No other symptoms other then a cough and upset belly which could be from the tylenol/motrin. Should I take her to see a doctor or continue to keep hydrated and keep fever down?

As you told she has cough with fever.
It might be some infection in the respiratory tract.
You can try giving him amoxycillin or azithromycin after consulting with your doctor.
You should see the doctor as already 4-5 days has been passed.
