hi Dr. my father was 55 years old and he has sugar last 8 months back he got paralysis ..and after proper treatment he cured and daily he taking proper diet and medicines but the problem is now his left leg paining again what primary precautions to be taken plzz inform me

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
We have to rule out possible causes like arthritis also.
