Suggest Remedies For Panic Attacks And Heart Palpitations

i am a 21 year old male, 8 and a half mnths ago i stopped smoking marijuana which i had done for about 5 years i smoked every day and night but had a bad panic attack 8 months ago which made me stop,i went to the doctors and they said i had a perfectly healthy heart but it had an irregular heartbeat but they put me on some tablets which made it go until the subscription ran out six mnths ago im stilll geting panic attacks and heart palpatations will this ever go im scared ill die and i dont wana i wana grow old really old any help would be very very gratefull thanks

Hi,

Palpitations and rapid heart beats can happen in severe anxiety and during panic attacks. It’s a normal phenomenon and nothing much to worry about it.
If the symptoms are severe, you can consult a cardiologist and get evaluated. Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Practice relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation.
