Hello sir... First thing I have to tell you is that if you wanna loose weight than you have to do some lifestyle modification...as you prescribes you lifestyle I think you are having sadantary lifestyle having much less exercise n high calory food...n 2 nd thing is that each n ecery work has its perticular time duration above that duration work value is less n below that duration we must pay more sometimes that is harmful also...n here fast weight reduction is very harmful to our body n future health... Now coming to weight reduction than I suggest first lifestyle modification like your eating habbits n start some exercises like walking jogging at starting this is boring at starting but I am sure it ll be helpful for weight reduction n future health after that once you adapted this life style than you add some more exercise or yoga whatever you want but for that you need either yoga master or gym proffessional so under their guidance you do all these things properly...best of luck
