Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i fully understand your concern.
Your GFR is below normal limit of 90-120ml/min., but urea and creatinine are well within normal limits.
As you're a diabetic, i would advise you to check your HbA1C. This is mainly to know if you're in early phase of diabetic nephropathy. Also, urine for micro-albumin, and Ultrasound abdomen, needs to be checked.
You may send the reports here, in my name, so i can give you an expert opinion. Wish you well.
