Hello, Your 23 yr old daughter was hit by a car, she has sore hip, fever, abrasions & bruising. You are suggested to get your daughter clinically examined by an Orthopedics, get her all required blood tests and investigations, imaging tests done to detect any internal trauma or injury / bleeding, bone dislocation, sprain/strain, fractures, bursitis, etc. Her treatment will depend on the pathology detected and the severity of the symptoms. You can give her Acetaminophen or Combiflam (NSAIDs), one stat after food so that she can get relieve from fever, soreness, inflammation ad pain. She should be at rest and not strain unnecessarily. Get her clinically evaluated and treated at the earliest. You can apply ointment Soframycin to heal the bruises & applying Volini spray at the area of pain. It will be helpful. Take care.
