Suggest Remedy For Chronic Pain Post Having A Above Knee Amputation

I am an above the right knee amputee, I have 7 disks bad in my lower back, 3 disks bad in my neck, Both of my shoulder joints are bad. I am now medicated for the phantom pain and chronic pain from everything else using neurontin and oxycodone. These medicines take the very edge from the pain. One Doctor has recommended Roxycontin ..... what is this drug and how addictive it is?

hi.

it seems that you've been suffering from chronic pain for years now based from your story. i suggest, you consult with a physician specializing on the said matter - a pain management doctor. he/she will help you with your medications, in proper regimen, a proper step-up for pain relief, with the least side effects as possible, especially if you're taking in a lot and some might have developed resistance already.

hope this helps.

good day!!
