Suggest Remedy For Constipation During Embryo Transfer

I just had a 3 healthy embryo transfer 3 days ago and now for some reason I m super constipated. I ve tried stool softeners and xlax and nothing. I can feel the bowl right there with my fingers but seems hard and my colon won t push it out. What else is safe to do? Is this gunna effect my embryos?

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to constipation.

I recommend using over the counter option like Miralax.

I also recommend to use stool softener and drink liquids.

If the symptoms continue I suggest using enemas or suppositories.
