Suggest Remedy For Constipation
Hello, This is Anubhav, suffering from kind a burp disease... i get a lot of burps..i mean continuous burps several times.... I have been undergoing few treatments but nothing worked.. I just went to see a new doctor and he asked me to get the endoscopy done... Everything was normal in the report except that i have antral gastritis. Also, I have constipation but hunger for food is good. Doctor prescribed me Ocid D tablets before lunch and before dinner, Econorm tablet after breakfast and just before sleeping and 2 teaspoonfulls of duflac before sleeping. Can u suggest something about it

H.pylori test
complete blood cell count test
if the H.pylori test comes positive, then you might need eradication therapy.
meanwhile:
- use simethicone tablets
- use two pillows under your head, when you lie down/sleep.
- eat your last mean 3 hours before going to bed
-Avoid spicy food, oil rich food,
- No smoking and NO alcohol.
- do NOT eat mouth full.
-no cold drinks and NO junk food
- eat more fruits especially those rich in vitamin C (citrus fruits)
- try to avoid drinking water at the end of a meal.
