my daughter is suffering from cough since 15 days i had given ambodril s. moniter and some antibaotics but no effect is seen and in vegina red rashes has came out yesterday night it is not a dipper rash becoz i dont use it she is of 2 yrs and 6 month

Thanks for your query, read and understood the concerns.
Your daughter is a small child , just 2 and half years,
The rash at vagina is called vulvovaginitis of infancy or childhood and has occurred due to reduced body resistance. Apply liquid povidone iodine locally and the antibiotics and the medicines fr cough will work for this too.
Since the cough is for 15 days there is a chance of either asthma or so, Consult another pediatrician to get a clinical evaluation and proper investigations and treatment.
