Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea & Dysuria With Fever
iam medical student my self..my mother is ill .she started with fever in june 99 to 100..severe body aches.. treated with cifrofloxacin<test 4 typhoid,dangue,tubeculosis negative..LFT normal,CBC only reports ESR 30..then 1 month passed ok...then again started same symptoms with diaarhae n dysuria...complete urine exam showed raised rbc,pus cells..abd ultrasound say mild pylitis...treated with furolin n gracil...4 i month...now she had fever 99 often,shivering,cant exert even little...green diarrhe after drinking milk.... her vit d levels r low.but RA factor n ana test negative......even after getting vit d suppliments she is not recovering completely....

I really appreciate your concern, pyrexia of unknown origin is really challenging, here in this case it seems to be Urinary tract infection which is pretty common in female, I would advise to get done the culture sensitivity test that will be helpful in deciding the line of treatment even shows the causative organism, beside this blood culture may needed, numbers of tests needed to reach up to the right diagnosis it is not easy going, demands lot of work, some time patient becomes afebrile without any specific treatment hope this information helps.
