Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I was working out tonight (Zumba) at my health club. The class was an hour. It was very hot today. I thought I was drinking plenty of water throughout the work out. Towards the end, I was experiencing slight stomach pains and wasn't sure if I was going to vomit or pass out. When I got home, I laid on the floor for awhile trying to cool down and feel better. I then ran to the bathroom, didn't throw-up, but I did have sudden diarehea. Is this dehydration or is it something with the heat and my bodies cooling system?
so it may be acute gastrentritis please take plenty of liquids. use probiotics twice a day. tab ofloxOrnidazole twice a day (if your allergic don't take) for five days. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
