Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea

I was working out tonight (Zumba) at my health club. The class was an hour. It was very hot today. I thought I was drinking plenty of water throughout the work out. Towards the end, I was experiencing slight stomach pains and wasn't sure if I was going to vomit or pass out. When I got home, I laid on the floor for awhile trying to cool down and feel better. I then ran to the bathroom, didn't throw-up, but I did have sudden diarehea. Is this dehydration or is it something with the heat and my bodies cooling system?

Hello

thank you for trusting HCM

Dear during a heat wave, there's an increased risk for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) flare-ups, and a greater risk of infectious gastroenteritis.

so it may be acute gastrentritis please take plenty of liquids. use probiotics twice a day. tab oflox Ornidazole twice a day (if your allergic don't take) for five days. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care
