hello i have had diareea for a month i went to er @ they gave me promethazine 25mg.well i fininised the bottle and the results are still the same my mom has colidus could have have that every time i eat im on the toilet wiyhin 15 minutes 4or 5 times

Dear in my knowledge promethazine not useful for diarrhoea, it is used to control vomiting.
Please consult your doctor you have get examined stool culture and microscopy. Routine blood investigation.
Tab. Loperamide depending upon need you can take thrice a day.
Tab. Sporulac thrice a day
Tab. Oflox Ornidazole twice a day
